"If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter -- and therefore, unsafe."

Steve Rogers

Based on my extensive experience writing the USAF promotion test for the Inertial and Radar Navigation Specialist test, the FAA may select me to write the UAS Knowledge test.

They said they wanted the test to be as hard as possible in order to restrict the public from flying drones. That way the skies will be safe from all those deadly drones being flown by idiots.

I gave it my best shot. I'm only posting it here so you guys will have a chance to study in the hopes that you score high enough to make a passing grade.

This test is designed to determine if you have the knowledge required to fly a personal UAS in a safe manner.

You only need to get 80% of the questions correct in order to be able to fly in the USA airspace.

1.What is the name of the most distant star in the universe?
2.How many furlongs per fortnight can an A2212 2200KV 6T Motor Outrunner Brushless achieve?
3.Who was the first person to coin the term UAS?
4.What is the Earth weight of all of the liquids in the first space shuttle?
5.Who was the flight director on Apollo 10?
6.What is the total volume, in cubic feet, of the Class D airspace over Chicago.
7.How long, in Earth time, would a DJI Phantom 4 Pro be able to fly on Jupiter?
8.When was the concept of flight first documented in a scientific paper?
9.What is the average tip speed of all of the props on earth?
10.Where was the first drone flight that reached a height of over 250 feet in altitude?
